Phou Tat Lom, Houy Phat village. This site was visited and geolocated by Skopal and Bounxayhip in 2020. They recorded two Breccia jars positioned on a hill with views over the surrounding lowlands, although partly obstructed by the surrounding trees and overgrowth. One jar is in excellent condition, while the other has been partly damaged. Both jars display a Recessed Inner rim. There is no observable stone source in the vicinity.
